Transportation
You can reach North Cyprus easily with flights provided by Cyprus Turkish Airlines or Atlas on regular schedules to and from Ercan airport. Visiting North Cyprus
Many tourists to North Cyprus seek fine sandy beaches and good quality but inexpensive holiday resorts. These all can be found along the coastline which extends in either direction from Kyrenia. However, there are many more places of interest to see that should not be missed by the visitor. If you are staying in Kyrenia, its castle and harbour lined with restaurants, fish taverns and souvenir stalls are the main events. Other landmarks include beautiful Gothic Bellapais Abbey, and the towering historical castles of St Hilarion, Buffavento and Kantara all positioned in the Kyrenia Mountains. In North Nicosia there are some majestic historical sights, mosques and museums to admire too.
